Privacy, in plain words.

What we collect when you use this site, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Who we are

BreakGround Partners is a two-partner agency serving businesses in South Africa and the United States. You can reach us at hello@breakgroundpartners.com.

What we collect

Only what you give us: your name, email address, website address and message when you use the contact form or the free audit form, and the details you enter when you book a call through Calendly.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to send the audit report you asked for, to run the call you booked, and to send one follow-up. We do not use it for anything else.

Where it goes

Your details are stored in our own CRM and in the tools we use to run the business, such as email, scheduling and automation. Those providers handle the data on our behalf. We do not sell your details.

Third parties on this site

Booking runs through Calendly, which has its own privacy policy. The fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to fetch them. If you accept the cookie notice, the site loads Google Analytics, which sets cookies to count visits and see which pages lead to an enquiry, and the Meta pixel, which sets advertising cookies so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and show our ads to people who visited. If you decline, none of that loads and no advertising cookies are set. Separately, when someone applies through one of our forms and qualifies, we may send Meta a record of that application using hashed contact details, so it can tell which ads lead to real enquiries. You can change your choice any time from Cookie settings in the footer. The site also stores a small flag in your browser so the audit offer and your cookie choice are remembered.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to follow up and to keep our own records, and we delete it when you ask.

Your choices

Wherever you are, you can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Email us and we will act on it. If we add analytics or advertising tags in future, we will update this page first and ask for consent where the law requires it.
